A Small Shift on the Trail

Like many things along the trail, this work has continued to evolve.

What I’ve found, through writing, reflection, and walking this path myself, is that there is something essential at the center of it all.

Something quieter.

Something closer to the ground.

Something that doesn’t ask you to figure everything out before you begin.

It’s this: Just Move.

Sometimes you don’t need a new plan. You need a different relationship with movement. A way of finding your footing, wherever you are.

Not in the sense of rushing forward or pushing harder. But in the sense of reconnecting with movement itself: how we move within attention, within meaning, within emotion, and within your life.

What Comes Next
